Courtlea Farms is seeking an experienced and capable Senior Broadacre Crop Farm Worker to join their family run broadacre farming operation around Dalwallinu, WA. Reporting to the Courtlea Farms Operations Manager, this role would suit a motivated, energetic and, driven person with a passion for agriculture.

Task & Responsibilities

The Role

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you’ll be involved in all aspects of the broadacre cropping cycle.

Cropping Operations
Spreading, spraying, seeding, harvesting and, general farm and paddock work with modern machinery
Machinery Maintenance
Maintaining and servicing machinery including general repairs when required
Record Keeping
Accurate recording of all paddock operations with modern farm management software
Safety & Compliance
Operating in a safe, compliant and legal manner in line with company policies and procedures
Supervising
Overseeing farm hands in the day to day work tasks and productivity routines

Qualification & Experience
